Pusher Saws

Dakota Automation has designed and manufactured a variety of pusher saws. Pusher saws typically cut from lineals, up to 20 feet long, and may incorporate any number of spindles and/or punches, for sawing, routing, notching and drilling. Each system is customized to a specific application, and may have from 1 to 4 lanes. Walking beam in-feed and outfeed options are available.

On-board lineal optimization and network / database communication are also available

SDL Saws

Dakota Automation's line of SDL saws start with a simple notching saw and end will a fully automated system that produces notched, coped and taped grid bars from lineal material. The systems are designed to work with wood, aluminum, and vinyl and can accommodate multiple bar widths automatically.
