Dakota Automation has designed and
manufactured a variety of pusher saws. Pusher saws typically cut from lineals, up to 20 feet long, and may
incorporate any number of spindles and/or punches, for sawing, routing, notching and drilling. Each system is customized
to a specific application, and may have from 1 to 4 lanes. Walking beam in-feed and outfeed options are available.
On-board lineal optimization and network / database communication are also available
SDL Saws
Dakota Automation's line of
SDL saws start with a simple notching saw and end will a fully automated system that produces notched, coped and
taped grid bars from lineal material. The systems are designed to work with wood, aluminum, and vinyl and can accommodate
multiple bar widths automatically.

dozens of custom drilling and routing systems in service all over the United states. The systems range from simple, pnuematic
controlled single spindle systems to multi-axis, multi-spindle CNC systems.
